Do you get good interest and a qualified applicant pool?

Initially, I am thinking that whatever options that I ended up with, I might rent it out for the next 5-10 of years until we're ready to retire .Thank you in advance,Binh An Pool your money and buy a MHP.

Hey BP,I total newbie to the real estate investment world, and my two sisters have inherited our mothers house in Scottsdale, AZ very older neighborhood built in 1966, and is definitely a fixer upper pool is dead and empty, and 4 br 2 bth about 2300 SF.

Do you feel like having HOA decreases your pool of potential tenants?

I have some multifamily in lower-end areas where better-qualified applicants don't want to live, so my pool of applicants does tend to struggle sometimes to meet criteria.Things I would consider are the economic health of your market (is she likely to stay employed, can she get a better job as needed to cover rent), how far off is she from meeting the 3x, and how long has she been at her current job.

I realize we can do the deal ourselves but it’s going to run our capital pool dry.How the heck do I get past this hurdle?
