The underwriter came back and said that since I don't have a full two years of rental income itemized on my 2018 & 2019 taxes that the rental income generated from the two properties will not count towards my income for the Debt To Income ratio.  

Sales have definitely slowed, and in Massachusetts everything is pretty much shut down unless you are going to the grocery store.

There's a lot of stuff that doesn't need to be in there for a private sale, including a bunch of stuff to support the RE agent's position, financing, and a detailed list of what items in the property are to convey and which ones won't.

These items can last for a very, very long time if moisture, humidity, and bugs are kept away.I specialize in pre-1950s houses and have one from the 1910's.

If you can get $100 extra a month, you take the multiplier of that to see what the ARV of the increased income would be.Any extra items you can put that drive income will also drive value.
