Does anybody know of any apps or software to create these types of map images. 

Since I'm a software engineer by day, naturally I wasn't very happy with the software solutions I found online so I decided to create a tool to better fit our needs.

These people are almost always overseas, have extremely limited accountability, etc.The second way is through using automation software, like WordStream.

(I think I'm about 30 hours deep in the podcast already).My partner is a software engineer who's handling capital generation for us with his day job, and I'm the investing education and leg work side of the team. 

Basic tax software will take you through your basis minus land (I look at the county to see what they have) for your 2/12 or whatever annual depreciation and your financing costs.
