So when you guys are in the midst of multiple properties and maybe some rehabs and some rentals how do you keep yourself organized? Do you have a certain laptop or tablet or phone devoted to real estate? Do you use a certain software like realeflow or another good name or do you use excel or google and create your own? If you create your own how long did it take and would you recommend it? I’m looking to start flipping homes and I think it would be helpful to have a laptop or tablet devoted to real estate to keep me organized. Like a folder for buyers, all my spreadsheets, all my work related emails and responses, leads, and just to be able to take with you on the go so that way you have all your info with you when it’s needed If you guys do any of this what would’ve recommended?
