I am:- handy and can assist with the renovations- analytical and could help run comps, make projections, book keep etc- web savvy and could help spiff up their website and create more of a social media presence (BP, twitter, youtube, fb, slideshare)- driven to learn and grow as a person and investor- willing to freely give up to 20 hours of my time a week with the right fit (currently working full time at Lowes)They asked for a cover letter and resume.
