Talked to CPA briefly some options.... 1) Set up S corp if have not already2) Buy leveraged class A low cashflow property for the tax write offs 3) Tax deductable retirement accounts/medical fund (but doesn't make sense for people like us who can see higher returns in real estate)4) Increasing marketing before end of year5) Rolling over/delaying any commisions/profits into next year to stay away from losing QBI thresholds.
