Depends soley on your ability to buy and management skills, many never stop looking for deals, so you could have started looking after you entered into your purchase agreement, inwhich case, you're running behind!

His selling (deal making) skills are always current for without "sales" there is no business.

Or maybe it just fits better with your inclination and skill set.
