Greetings,I have come across a property in an outstanding location & having trouble with financing.

For example, if a guest were to stay at your place and have no issues with watching TV, charging phones, washing clothes, taking showers, cooking, lighting, etc., they wouldn't know the difference between your place and the other place they could have booked.

They think it's unfair because they only shower once a week but they can hear the upstairs neighbor showering twice a day.

If he is smart in RE he may give you suggestions like added square footage, putting in a closet to make a bedroom, and some great thoughts on showers, vanities, and kitchens which make the property Pop!

Greetings,I currently use Anderson Business Advisors as a one stop legal, tax, and accounting firm and am looking to transition away from them.  

I have a meet and greet with some local investors this afternoon that I'm really excited about.

Work involved:3/4 of house new drywall and all interior paintFloors throughoutRoof and sheeting1/2 the siding 1/4 of the exterior trim and all exterior paintAll new windows and doorsAll new electrical, 1/2 new plumbing (all new fixtures)All interior trim and new dividing wall Tile shower and backsplashesNew kitchen and appliancesMassive amount of garbage and demo and light landscaping (plus a shed removal)I worked with and helped a new GC on this so I am not including his markup but it was small as he wanted me to show him how to approach this and we pretty much scheduled all the subs and gave him their info to use on his own projects.
