I have worked part time cooking but took the summer off due to some short term health problems. 

Rather, HELOC funds are perfect for short-term activities like BRRRR or flipping where you can relatively quickly recoup your investment, pay off your HELOC, and generate profit.I hope there are a few helpful nuggets in there. 

I’m thinking of a HELOC for short term deals/flips and was wondering the following...1) Should I take out a HELOC on my townhouse or my one and only investment property?

Goals-Short term Create a property management firm Buy two properties to rehab and sellBuy one property to rehab and rent out Build a house on my dads property to rent out- Long TermCreate monthly passive income that matches my monthly W2 income Employ at least 3 family members with my property management firm Eventually retire from a W2 job and become a full time real estate investor I realize that i am young and dumb.

I plan to do that shortly and will let you know if he is someone who can help.I live in the Farm as well. 

Taxes, property and short term taxes?

I don't have a business name.So I'm thinking of making it more short and to the point, as well as using a local number, and POSSIBLY starting it as an official business, so it's not like i'm some random guy asking to buy their house.What works for you guys?

Just get short term rental insurance like everyone else and go for it.
