I fixed up the vacant second-floor unit and rented it out last year to a young, couple, who have turned out to be the best tenants I've had so far--rent is automatically paid the first of each month, the place is clean, they don't bug me about fixing this or that, and they even fix some things on their own. 

I have been devouring the BP podcasts at 1.5 speed (and totally loving them)! 

I'm not up to speed on Breckenridge pricing but I live in Telluride. $500k will get you a studio here... possibly a 1 bedroom.

It certainly speeds up the sale, but it doesn't sound like that's your priority.

My main issue with plugging in our loan information, is that the amount of the loan is automatically selected as the "Purchase Price" of the property.

Some will auto-fill common fields for you (like tenant name, contact info, rental amount, lease dates, etc.) speeding up the whole process.

However, I updated my property spreadsheet this weekend and out of seven C and C- properties (38125,38127,38114,38106,38108, 38115) SIX have had the same tenant for more than 5 years! 

Also the high speed Hyperloop though I hear that is a couple of decades away.
