I spent a lot of my growing up years in Lake City, and we recently toured UW Bothell as a possible plan B college for my senior.  

I'm the Senior Estimator for an apartment capital improvements company so I can calculate repairs efficiently and capitalize on good deals in the apartment world.  

My senior partner is retiring at the end of the year, and he owns the building where our clinic is located.

And now, after seeing an increase in older citizens, we are in an interesting time for some creative finance. 

I am in Orange County, Ca and people have been saying that there is a huge lack of housing for seniors.

This is a county tax auction and the auction site says there are no IRS liens, but i'd like to hear the other types of liens that are out there and how I would know if im bidding on the senior lien or not.

I doubt he wants 16 calls to his boss from concerned citizens.

I do appreciate the earned income exclusion, but it still rubs me around tax time when all my British, Canadian, and Australian friends give me a hard time about how they pay no tax at all and only the US and Libya (slight exaggeration, but only slight) tax their citizens who live and work fulltime outside the US.
