Maybe you could take a video with your phone and post it on the forums for suggestions.They say a "picture is worth a thousand words" for a reason.

Please note: there are hundreds if not thousand varieties of mold and not all mold is harmful but it can be unsitely and potentially damaging, so in my opinion should always be gotten rid of where possible.

Not in LA or Bay Area or Chicago NYC were those numbers are common place.be careful would be the best advice I could give it could be just a big white elephant. and any remodeling done on a house of that scale will cost hundreds of thousands to do it right.YOu may just want to tie it up and flip it for a fee make a quick 50k or so...

Now there are some that would say they're not a Guru because they're not charging thousands for their time. 

When you get into higher end homes you are asking people to drop tens of thousands vs a few thousand. 

Isn't UHC just a down payment assistance of a few thousand dollars?  

Given that I've been involved in well over a thousand of my own probate deals and gave needed to use QTA to clear title in dozens of these, I can tell you from experience that it's a long tedious and expensive process here.
