I have found many mice droppings in my child's bed, my bed, our entire bottom half of the kitchen cabinets (cannot be used they're so bad, and I've sanitized everything a total of five times before moving everything to plastic bins), on toys, on clothes hanging in my closet, countertops, infested my couch.

Bottom line, if you want to be a millionaire, you need to act like one.

Bottom line, don't buy with short term rental intent without doing your research. 

I agree with @Ned Carey, there are many potential ethical issues with wholesaling and the rep of the industry being full of "bottom feeders".

Bottom line is don’t even think about buying or lending on a property without proper title insurance.
