If they won’t let you in, it would be better to let them move and correct the issues and get a year lease from a happy, new tenant with a landlord/tenant relationship that starts off on the right foot.

Ok, it definitely looks like the home is zoned for up to three units (7500 square foot lot), which lines up with what the city shares when I called.
