You are going to have to heavily petition the board and your neighbors to shut this new neighbor down.Write impassioned speeches and communications about property rights and do your best to get this thrown out. 

I've had tenants fight me on this because they like to quote the ADA which is all about bringing animals into the public sphere like businesses and restaurants. 

My initial thoughts are to be within the main arrondissements (like wards), within 10 min walk to the train, and with nice restaurants/shops close as well as some tourist site. 

They usually have the best school districts, low crime rate, and affluent residents.Up and coming neighborhoods/areas: These are neighborhoods that for some reason or another are gentrifying and you see a positive change in the neighborhood, maybe its new cool restaurants coming in, or the city put in a new park, or perhaps the metro line extension is now going to help drive growth.

Not far from your area saw this: much less population on beach and restaurants but lots sales which we didn’t see during past few years.

e.g. restaurant equipment for restaurant or hauling trucks for hauling trucks.

Also looking for the absolute, "must visit" restaurant in the area.Thanks!

If I owned a restaurant and bough better tables I could deduct that expense and that would also increase the value of the business.  

Is it as simple as looking for new restaurants, Starbucks, whole foods, etc. in the area or is should I be looking at more hard data (unemployment, income, etc.).

I got a Cease and desist letter from the state within 10 days and had to sign a notarized statement that I had never done a loan in NV as i am not licensed there.. being NMLS licensed personally I am easy to track of course.My thought is NV maybe one of those states that is aggressive with enforcing the laws of the land.. at least as it relates to the mortgage industry.. and of course you see many scammers with a NV address.. all anyone has to do is file one complaint and those folks are shut down.
