My initial thoughts are to be within the main arrondissements (like wards), within 10 min walk to the train, and with nice restaurants/shops close as well as some tourist site.

They usually have the best school districts, low crime rate, and affluent residents.Up and coming neighborhoods/areas: These are neighborhoods that for some reason or another are gentrifying and you see a positive change in the neighborhood, maybe its new cool restaurants coming in, or the city put in a new park, or perhaps the metro line extension is now going to help drive growth.

I got a Cease and desist letter from the state within 10 days and had to sign a notarized statement that I had never done a loan in NV as i am not licensed there.. being NMLS licensed personally I am easy to track of course.My thought is NV maybe one of those states that is aggressive with enforcing the laws of the land.. at least as it relates to the mortgage industry.. and of course you see many scammers with a NV address.. all anyone has to do is file one complaint and those folks are shut down.
