Pulled the trigger on a SFR in KCMO. Need PM recommendations.

Hey BPers!

We finally pulled the trigger on a clean little place north of the river. Heading out on Sunday to meet the property inspector, check things out and look for KC house #2 in the north lands.

We're in need of some solid recommendations for property managers in KCMO that KICK BUTT! No "kinda OK, or "decent". We're looking to build a long term relationship with a GREAT PM company that is familiar with investors needs that will serve us and our tenants for years to come. 

We're super excited to get our first OOS investment under our belt and get working on the next one!

Also looking for the absolute, "must visit" restaurant in the area.
