They're a reputable builder and do good work, but you're paying for it too.

@Aharon Najafi $120k is probably legally binding, but you'll get a bad reputation if you don't keep your word.

I wouldn't want to wreck my reputation over $11K.I'd probably pay the $131, but if you want to use that as leverage, say you'll resign at $130K. 

I didn’t plan on things going this way I just kind of got backed into a corner on the whole thing and since we live in a small town and I also run brick and mortar grocery store in this town, I didn’t want to get a bad reputation of being “greedy”, but honestly that’s one of my biggest weakness is that I care what people think too much.
