But You might run into idiots that will remove your hole door knob and squat in home or damage the property or steal all appliances or copper theft.I initially screen my callers, then send more photo's, if they are interested in seeing it , I give them great virtual tour link of photo's deposit information and then have them go online and pre-qualification questionnaire.No $ or Obligation just to answer a few basics ABOUT RENTAL HISTORY/INCOME/EVICTION/BK/FORECLOSURE.

Your comment on Under Contract is also correct, but I was referring to the time laps between the last Price Change and the Listing Removal....when that Removal is followed by the Sale.The most important item I take from your comment overall is why I also mentioned the need for using a Real Estate Agent...one that actually works with Investors.JV

Once the guest's checkout time has passed, they are technically trespassing - however, I would never attempt to have a guest forcibly removed over a few hours, especially since slight inconvenience could result in a glowing review.
