Now I typically use calendar apps with reminders since I am my own boss and don't have or want the corporate schedule I used to maintain.For notes and the work associated with them we use pipedrive.com.  

They did a great job handling it and almost all my reviews are outstanding.That's great feedback , I appreciate that input and reminder of those points.

I carefully reminded them that their new lease in effect 10/1 has a late fee and explained that it affects me and to please be aware and pay on time.

I then set up automated emails in my system to automatically remind those folks 2 weeks before the deadline that they will have an auto withdraw coming up.
