Per the Buy Rehab Rent REFINANCE Repeat method, my question after speaking to a lender and told it takes 6 months to be on title to refinace, then I spoke to my bank who states you can access the equity after everything is transferred. what is the biggest or main reason for refi vs heloc and repeat?

Is the mortgage holder OK with transferring ownership of the property to someone else than the original borrower?

It must go through to my bank in some electronic transfer so I have a way to track it.

Did you find any reliable data sources (paid or free) that you can share?

As for future liability, once Title is transferred you generally shouldn’t haven’t any future liabilities, generally.I hope this helps.
