Hey everyone,Our group is currently working on our acquisition of properties using wholesaling in a variety of ways, but one technique we are struggling to capitalize on in Colorado is through Probate leads. 

I think it can be a great technique for branding and targeting certain areas.

Finally, I think that some of the old school techniques like door knocking are more important today than ever.

Is there a different technique to wholesaling these non-assignable property or is money a must?
