Double closing an REO or HUD??
I know you cannot assign HUD or REO properties, but can't you simply just do a double closing? Or am I missing something.. I'd like to expand my market by adding pre foreclosures, without spending any of my money or coming up with finance. Is there a different technique to wholesaling these non-assignable property or is money a must? And i know that the end buyer pays for the closing, but since it's a double closing, would I also have to pay my separate closing costs?
