In NJ , the state , not city , regulate and inspect the multifamily. 

It comes from a landlord’s perspective of what’s going on in this current crisis and how state regulations are effecting her business.

Now I am looking to do the same work in Florida.I am looking to see if there is anyone on Bigger Pockets who might be able to get me in contact with a realtor, or short term vacation rental manager to understand the following:- Local Rules and Regulations- Various Association Dues- Tax Information- Connections to cleaning crews, maintenance team or a full service property management- Resources in area to perform market analysis - occ rate, adr, etcThank you in advance for the direction you may be able to point me in.

I only read the regulations before.

I think when stay at home regulations were enacted that you should have postponed the notice to vacate. 

Anyway, besides the great revenue it was projected to make on airbnb, the other reason we took on this project was because it was zoned commercial so even if Birmingham decides to regulate airbnb (currently it does not), the zoning code allows for a short term rental already anyway.  

I will make sure I can easily raise the loan amount within 30 days, so in cased this loan becomes troublesome (due to new regulations), then I will simply pay off the loan.  

Building a property would increase the likelihood the work is done the correct way and would have the most modern update amenities in order pass current regulations / laws, while also having the units look the way I envision them.What are the pros and cons to this approach?

Doing permitted work also kinda is a screening device too, because it screens out a bunch of people that aren't licensed or don't do good work.  

And, if you live in the unit, you may not need to abide by certain laws and regulations for tenants.
