Anyway, besides the great revenue it was projected to make on airbnb, the other reason we took on this project was because it was zoned commercial so even if Birmingham decides to regulate airbnb (currently it does not), the zoning code allows for a short term rental already anyway.

I will make sure I can easily raise the loan amount within 30 days, so in cased this loan becomes troublesome (due to new regulations), then I will simply pay off the loan.

Doing permitted work also kinda is a screening device too, because it screens out a bunch of people that aren't licensed or don't do good work.
