Follow on, can the tenant threaten that the lease has been revoked, if they haven’t received within a business day...after he started moving in and decided the furniture wouldn’t fit?

The salesman can text you a picture, you can pay over the phone and they deliver. 

But you normally will not receive the costs on any repairs you make to house during this period.But as I stated, I would go to the county courthouse and inquire as to the status of that property as to redemption period and what you are required to do during this period.

If they are good I text the address to my agent and he sets up the showing.

I already have two potential deaf tenants on the waiting list to rent out my property as soon as i received funding reach my goal.

Both properties need small odds and ends done to them but nothing major, I believe I can do the work I want to on both properties for less than 5k dollars.I have been contacting ins co and receiving quotes still have not decided on a company yet though.
