I found a multi family with the following numbers have an accepted offer just doing an appraisal. my appraisers are telling me its a hard comp. there aren't many houses similar in size beds etc. 

Don't listen to those who follow who will recommend gha low down quad🙁🤗🤔😇😆😅Payoff the debT. 

But, since they aren't following the current lease, we'll take the opportunity to invite them to leave.
