Hi guys, first post here: Has anyone had any experience with obtaining an FHA Loan for their primary residence as a full time real estate professional?

Are you providing affordable housing?

I could really use some guidance on how to approach this.To provide some context, the building is in a premium location, with easy access to lakes, restaurants, bars, grocery stores, and public transportation.

By obtaining quotes from these specialized tradesmen, you may be able to save money compared to having a general contractor outsource the work.Additionally, by doing the painting yourself, you can save on labor costs and potentially improve your overall budget.

The builder admitted they provided inaccurate information, and they proactively helped the home buyers affected by this issue to get exceptions allowing us to build a fence and plant shrubs on top of and beyond the easement line (but we still can't plant tress). hence, they refused to reimburse us furthermore. 

I've got a family to provide for, and I'll be damned if I'm not going to do it on my own terms.

I always use the larger banks as there are branches located through out the country and the features they provide are greater than the small local banks.

I’ve had numerous issues with Airbnb first as a property owner/provider and later as a tenant.  

I have come to realize that I do not want to pursue a career in accounting but I am unsure on whether to finish the exams and stick with this job for the next year to obtain my CPA license.

The problem has gotten so bad that our state just passed a law that they must obtain a real estate license if they do more than one transaction in a year, which hopefully also opens them up to more scrutiny to disclose to seller their real intention.
