I live in CA and plan to invest into a RE rental property in Florida incorporating business entities for an assets protection.  If you have some experience with this, I would appreciate your help.

Questions:

1. Florida LLC or Land Trust or both?

2. Whom do you use for a business entity formation?

3. Contacts for Registered Agent

4.  What bank do you use?
