This is my first post and I’m looking to acquire a 16 unit apartment complex in El Reno, Oklahoma.I‘m located in Seattle, WA so I‘ll need a very reputable and trust worthy professional property management firm.Any ideas on fees, I‘m thinking 7-8% of gross rents?

Everyome was saying how they wouldnt be able to rent their own house becaise how high rent is here how mich their house has apprecieated since they bought it, so we bought a house I recently discovered BP and have been binge watching videos.

That last question is good too but I would not totally rely on the current owner and check with a local professional service or verify it myself.Who the hell is this guy anyway and why should I rely on his answer? 

I’ve also gotten into watching Kris Krohn videos, and not speaking into the hype of large upfront costs of becoming part of his team or network, but in the HELOC method that he discusses.

Working with the right lender (and other professionals) can certainly make a huge difference. 

I really like this platform and I'm excited to learn more about real estate from experienced professionals but not only that; i'm excited to learn directly about all of YOU.

We haven't had a chance to plug into the REIA group yet and, in lieu of that, we were hoping to reach out to the BP community for professional connections.
