Crooks are always drawn to that moment where big money discovers something revolutionary that nobody yet knows how to regulate.

Many of the professionals here are also investors and are open minded about deals that fit what they do.  

In fact, it is technically possible to defer taxation indefinitely if you play your cards right.I'm sure some much brighter minds than mine will pipe in on the thread at some point, so always defer to advice given by Qualified Intermediaries or other 1031 professionals.

My goal is to network with as many individuals as possible, whether that be agents, lenders, investors, etc. to build my base of trustworthy, honest professionals to bounce ideas off of and gain insight.

If professionals say 8 days,. you have to say the Monday a week before your Tue auction, you have to call me back being willig to sell and move out....Best of luck with NOD!!
