Just getting started
Hey everyone! I’m new to the forum and I wanted to introduce myself. My name is Aamonte and I am looking to get started in real estate with investment properties in the Greensboro or triangle area. I am currently in college and building credit as well as saving money for a down payment. Are there any types of grants or financial aid to new investor/homeowners? The fha loan looks good with it’s attractive low down payment, but how long would I be forced to stay there? Any help/advice is greatly appreciated! Thank you in advance.
