I was counting on my refi to pay back that money, and if it doesn't, my window cleaning and pressure washing business would have to pay it back...so basically just by working. 

I'm 48yrs old so I'm putting pressure on myself to be productive for my future.

(I am also curious but probably not all that important...... if anyone has any thoughts on type of PEX PEX-A - "Uponor" - more flexible more expensive, not a strong against high pressure; PEX-B "Viega", more rigid but harder to bend or curve, has higher pressure, oxidation, chlorination tolerance; PEX-C... ?

When I asked the HUD experienced realtor he said that locally HUD was under pressure to sell to a more diverse clientele--and I was a single female so that was likely an incentive for HUD to give greater consideration to my offer. 

I would say at most of them I have attended, the pitches are very soft, not a lot of pressure, but results vary greatly and are not always what is projected or pitched. 

Whether an ethics complaint goes anywhere or not, the listing agent may put pressure on their client to settle the matter quickly.

It sounds there is pressure to leave and find a place asap.

He taught us to enjoy being under pressure and to run towards things that we feared.

With all investors on BP, I will never "pressure" one to place an offer or go against their investment strategy.
