I have a bank here I use for that very thing...it is about 1% or so higher interest but i wouldn’t think that would impact you numbers muchAnybody that sells their loans back to the market will have this as a requirement, locally held loans the lenders can and do make exceptions

Although their purchases are usually lower, so yes, we should see an impact, but I think it will be more due to uncertainty and not actually being denied.

As far as foreclosure - in my experience, most private lenders don't ever put themselves in a position where they'll have to foreclose to get their money back.
