Once they pee in the house....although yours might have a concrete slab....you can never get the smell out...you can mask it for a while but the only way to get it out is to rip up the subfloors and replaces.

The rent is on par with the area, but my main concerns are the property is built on a concrete slab vs a basement (I currently live in a property with a basement, and always have so I am partial) and the AC/Heat systems appear to be dated baseboard/window units.

The cosmetic repairs are a new driveway, new landscaping, new plumbing in part of the house, new sewer line under the slab due to tree, removal of tree, renovation of the onsite storage units, and some concrete work for the walkways and the backyard of one of the units.
