Each year by January 31, you or your bookkeeper has to total up how much you have paid to each person and issue each one a 1099, which is a simple statement of that total amount with your contact information as the payor. 

Unit 1 where we live has a basement that’s rented out on Short-term rental/Airbnb (with average stay per person < 7days).

I would have preferred to continue working with the same person as they are very experienced with great resources but have no patience for unresponsiveness. 

Just got denied lending from a supposed HM lender due to the source of the down payment coming from a personal loan.

Personally, we have had success in small multi-family across OK, TN, MO, KY, IN, OH. 

And during the Audit the auditor thought my wife was buying gooddies for us personally and dissallowed anything related to the London Trip and the trip to Tel Aviv where again I have clients and had business meetings..

so if its a case like that there just might be a very specific person who would be interested in those listings and dealing with that buying process.  

The property was completely full with all personal belonging.
