Most certainly no company can be entirely perfect and PIP takes pride in righting our wrongs (when they happen). 

So one might be tempted to get a larger property but I am a duplex investor and for me the perfect duplex would be a 2 bedroom 2 bath unit over a 3 bedroom 2 bath duplex.  

Nothing is perfect in life, however, I have found the former homeowners know better how to take better care of a home & are clean freaks.Actually, I have had awesome renters throughout the years with the exception of one couple.

I am putting my SOW together to get bids so it is the perfect time to include these kind of changes.

My perfect floor plan is one with a lot of space to maneuver. 

or simply the property is zoned AG or what have you instead of R 1 and its perfectly legal to have a home on the property in that zone. 

I had the opportunity yesterday to speak on a virtual stage about raising capital for multifamily syndication deals.In the past 12 months our group has closed just over $120mil in apartment investments with right at $35mil raised.At the end of the session the host asked what would be my best advice for someone just getting started raising capital:I see so many people holding themselves back because they are a perfectionist and want to see it perfect before taking action.You will never be able to release a product, seminar, presentation, pitch deck, etc. if you wait until it is perfect.

Waiting for the "perfect" deal could cost a lot of great deals.
