@Matt Ellis I feel your pain.

HUD homes are sold through servicing companies (such as PEMCO) via HUDHomeStore.com and the quirky red tape they sometimes require can be a pain to deal with, and it is completely automated and impersonal*. 

Finding a temporary rental sounds like a pain in the *** considering we have a 3 year old. 

One thing I will warn you about is financing through an LLC is a pain in the butt.

I know it's a pain but once you analyze more and more deals, the better you are judging and finding ones that works.

Student loans are a pain hanging over your head but you have a pretty excellent rate.

To take someone's 50k which is their last few cash is to create a pain in the butt investor.

Then I think I will skip over these leads, sounds like a pain trying to get multiple heirs to agree on a price.
