Are you currently an owner occupant in your 1st property?

Hello,I have a property I sold and carried the note for the buyer using Owner Finance. 

If a buyer has cash, that works, or owner willing to take back 2nd....but I've had trouble finding a lender who will take a 2nd on the gap.   

There's no such thing as a "deal" when it comes to STRs in the resort towns, but it is a better time than late fall/winter when the ski season is ramping up and the Airbnb market makes it more likely for owners to rent instead of sell.

I am in the Springfield, Oregon rental market.....shooting-from-the-hip analysis:  $500K owner-financed triplex sounds like it is likely a good deal.   

I am considering buying land and learning ground up construction, so just wondering how much progress you have made (if you decided to subdivide and also if you did a tear down and rebuild or just renovate)

By way of example most AIA contracts will require ADR which may not necessarily be advantagous for the property owner depending on the venue and make up of prospective juries.

I want to take the proper steps to collect my funds and or put a lien on the property whereas I would receive my money if the owner sell a property.T.I.A.
