When I began investing in real estate many years ago, I made numerous mistakes.

Once you analyze numerous properties, and own a few, you'll have the knowledge to adjust from the "rules of thumb" and create your own way of analyzing rentals. 

I have read this numerous times through my research.Another course that i am considering is from Sam Zuo (passiveairbnb. com) where he offers free information almost on everything on his blog.

I own numerous properties and our insurer left the CA market last year, now we are left with Mercury and they have ridiculous inspection requirements that they know they can demand, because there are so few that are willing to write policies in CA in 2023. 

I think you'll find that Central Florida has an enormous amount to offer beginner and seasoned investors alike, including a strong support group of local REIA's, (check out CFRI), meet ups, workshops and numerous focus groups, and a great number of quality vendors.

This site is an incredible platform that has numerous resources so definitely take advantage of it all.

No more multiple log ins and keeping track of numerous websites for PMS, pricing, cleaners, team operations etc.
