Checking in from Raleigh

David Gonzalez
Posted

Hi Everyone new to BP! and excited to be here.
I currently own 1 property in CT (rental) and 1 single family (primary residence) in the Raleigh area.

Looking to connect with other investors, agents, CPs and continue growing my portfolio.

@David Gonzalez - If you are looking to connect with other investors in the Raleigh area, then I would encourage you to start attending some of the local meet ups.

    1) Keep an eye on the events tab here in BP. There is a monthly BP meet up in downtown Raleigh as well as an event called Pints and Properties. Both are solid places for networking and education.

    2) North Carolina Real Estate Investors Association and Triangle Real Estate Investors Association are two associations that hold tons of education and networking on a monthly basis. Personally I have been more active in TREIA since most of their events are live as opposed to a zoom meeting.

I hope we cross paths at an upcoming event sometime soon!
