I've been interested in business since I was 11 and last year took interest in real estate investing.I live in the southern part of New Hampshire in a small town that no one knows exists.I'm looking to learn a thing or two from all of the great people on this site, and eventually, hope to contribute once I've taken a few steps on my journey!

I have told the complaining tenant numerous times not to bother me with these types of complaints as this man has the right to normal comings and goings.

After finding and joining this site I've totally rethought my strategy at acquisition and realize I need to do get busy and do more off MLS.

I started to search all of the realestate sites that I could (zillow, Realtor, Trullia) looking for what looked like good deals based on comps around the area and (sqft vs. price) From their we found several possibilities.
