Looking to see if anyone has any lawn and snow removal referrals in Racine, WI I have contacted 6 different companies with 3 of which never responded and the other 3 I have been waiting days now to send me their quote/estimate they promised me several days ago I don't have time to chase them down looking to see if anyone can help me or know anyone reputable for lawn maintenance and snow removal.

Our local wholesaler is a one email solution...I request current availability of a size, type, color and general model to replace an existing unit from the person assigned our account, they send me the detailed specs and cost which includes delivery, remove and dispose of old unit, and any accessories needed such as range pigtail, 3 or 4 prong, or washer hoses, etc.

The kicker is there's no insulation in there that needs removing or adding back in...they basically want ~$3500 to vacuum up some mouse droppings, sterilize and add some wire mesh in a job they said would be under a day.

As to having tenants deposit rent into your account at the local bank, I heard of this method, but for security reasons, have a separate account set up solely for this purpose, and the funds are removed immediately into your account.
