Don't wanna get sued; DNC equivalent for mail?
Hey folks,
I'm looking at direct mail marketing and I'm wondering, is there an equivalent to the Do Not Call registry for snail mail? I know a call list needs to be scrubbed or there's the possibility of getting sued. I've heard of a service that removes you from getting offers in the mail but I don't know much about it. Do I need to scrub a direct mail list to keep from getting sued, and if so, how does one do that?
