Investment Info:Large multi-family (5+ units) buy & hold investment.

I try and look for property's with the same characteristics as my subject home by trying to look for property's with the same bedroom and bathroom count but I feel like it's hard to find good comps or enough comps to actually get a good evaluation If anyone does anything different I would love to hear your feed back.

House Hacking via VA loan and 2nd home are on the table, but I am not limiting to that.3-year goal:-Look towards multi-family property or opportunities to build ADUs.

With that amount of money, your agent should be able to easily find cash-flowing, multi-unit properties in Los Angeles.

If you think about AirBnB, it essentially acts as an escrow - a guest may book months in advanced and pay at booking, but the funds are not released to you until after check in.I would love landlords perspective from this community on if you would be open to using a trustworthy third party tool that offered this same service (ie. tenants pay whatever your deposit is to this escrow account, then 24 hours after check in it is sent to you).
