Wait a year and move and buy #3 and #4 as owner occupied, move a 3rd time in year 3 with #5 and #6 as owner occupied.   

From a liability perspective in Florida, it's advantageous to have a limited liability company own the property, especially considering that you are getting into the real estate business and intend to acquire numerous properties. 

The company I've used in the past in no longer providing the service of reporting delinquent rent charges & damages to the three major credit bureau's.

Our property is a duplex with 2/2 units and he wants to move into one of the 3/2 units.

He owns his own commercial GC company here in Tampa and I’m a realtor.

Another thing she told me was that she would like to stay an extra 30 days after the closing date, meaning that she would like to move out on the 28th of July.

My question is this:  Should we move out to maximize cash flow on this property? 

We’re planning to rent our home when we move—but we know we will be moving out of state.
