Reporting to credit agencies

The company I've used in the past in no longer providing the service of reporting delinquent rent charges & damages to the three major credit bureau's.  They charged a flat fee of $35.  Is there a comparable service that charges a reasonable flat fee for sending the letters to the prior tenants, and then reporting the unpaid obligations to the agencies?  Thank you for your recommendations.
