It's really motivating to keep looking for opportunities to move forward in my RE investing journey!

He said he is focusing on higher end homes so the buyer is more motivated to stay with the house, because it is there dream house.

Failure and the motivation to keep trying will help a person achieve greater success than to of not tried at all.

The one question I have if you can remember is, When you first started out what gave you the motivation to just jump right in and pull the trigger?

Specifically in the south/southwest suburbs...anyone had much success recently with motivated sellers?
