That lady(long time real estate investor) changed my life.

Here's a similar situation: https://www.dailymail.co.uk/ne...In this case, the Landlord/PM had not inspected the home for ten years and didn't even know the lady that was living there.

For reference we bought a 4/2 in Big Bass Lake (aesthetically it’s looks like a cabin and we went with a modern, Scandinavian design approach, though the bathrooms and kitchens are still original).

However, I recently came across a lady on the nextdoor app complaining about people contacting her in pre-foreclosure, about a week and a half later her home was posted in the County Pre-Foreclosures. 

Granted, it's a nice neighborhood and my parents charge low rent, so I can see why.But we need to remodel that unit, and my (elderly) parents want me to move in there and get more involved in the management of the building ASAP.What are my options in making sure this lady is out by the end of the six months? 

It was a cordial conversation and I let her know of our minimum qualifications that I would be putting into place...no evictions, no issues with background check, > 600 credit score, 3x monthly rent in verifiable income.I received 4 voicemails from this ladies partner (who is not on the lease) threatening me.

I have used foremost and American modern, allstate and State Farm.State Farm requires a valid lease in place to insure.

A few ladies behind me told me they think its illegal?

I would say its less wear and tear as i have cleaning ladies coming every 3 days to clean.
