Pre-Foreclosure Prior To County Notice Info

Hey guys, I asked a similar question a while back and it sounded like there was a way to get the pre-foreclosures prior to them being posted on the county records website. I was not able to find a title company to provide this info unfortunately. However, I recently came across a lady on the nextdoor app complaining about people contacting her in pre-foreclosure, about a week and a half later her home was posted in the County Pre-Foreclosures. 

So I am thinking there has to be somewhere that provides this info but am not sure where to get it from. Thanks!
