Even if you could figure out how many payments were missed, you cant possibly know how much interest was charged, or late fees, penalties, legal fees, etc...

I also don't want to spend a lot of money on sending and receiving payments.With an added bonus, are there any programs that can do all of the above AND report to the credit bureaus to help my tenants build their credit history and will record late payments if they miss them?

Unfortunately, I am kind of a dumbass and didn't realize that a conventional loan has to be the purchase price, something my realtor missed :/ I was under the impression that a 203(k) vs conventional with borrowing for rehab would be like the difference between a 3.5% down Conventional, and an FHA.
