There's always going to be ebbs & flows, but over time Self Storage has almost always come out better than most of the other assets.And yes, like many others are saying here, we are experiencing some of the better months than we've ever seen, but of course a lot of our customers and fellow Americans are all hopped up on free government money which was intended to minimize the disruption of normal economic activity.

@Joseph Belgrad - credit inquires have a very minimal effect on your score (according to myfico it makes up less than 10% of the score) and that small amount is more than offset by having a proven history of paying XX amount of mortgages on time each and every month.My credit is being pulled routinely and I have not seen a negative impact on my score.
